The Virginia Youth Soccer Association Enters New Partnership with GotSport for Player Registration
FREDERICKSBURG, Virginia (March, 1 2022) – Following an extensive vetting process that spanned several months, GotSport has been chosen as the new technology platform for the Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA). Starting with the 2023-2024 registration year, GotSport will serve as the official scheduling and registration platform for the association. The VYSA will use the GotSport platform to manage player registration, risk management for all adult volunteers/coaches and communicate with club representatives. With this partnership, direct member club and community members have access to the most advanced sports management platform on the market.
The Virginia Youth Soccer Association understands utilizing new platforms comes with an adjustment period and learning curve. Therefore, in order to assist member clubs and leagues over the course of this transition, VYSA and GotSport are committed to providing membership with onboarding information, opportunities for training and registration resources.
