Partial Cancellation
If the event is cancelled in part, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to refund teams that have not yet kicked off or give credit towards future events. Any potential refunds will be determined at the conclusion of the event.
Complete Cancellation
Should the state association (VYSA) need to cancel the event in its entirety, due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control, participants will be notified as soon as possible and refunds will be determined by the Cup Committee after all tournament expenses have been paid.
Rosters and Laminated Player Passes
For state tournaments such as State Cup and Presidents Cup, rosters will be cloned from the state’s official rostering event after teams are finished registering. See the ‘Resources’ Tab to view instructions on ‘How to build an event roster’ and ‘Player Uploads’
Player and Team Official passes must be laminated.
- Passes in plastic pouches that are not sealed or in plastic pockets in a notebook will not suffice.
- Each pass must be sealed by lamination.
- Please bring only laminated passes for each player and team official to the match.
- In the 15U-19U age groups, with the limited substitution rule, referees hold the passes during the game to make sure that the substitution process is proper for each team. Also the Regional and National Championships rules still require the presentation to the referee, of a laminated pass.
Important Note: You must have your Official Game Day Roster form (State Cup Roster) and your laminated passes at every game.
