The VYSA Workshop has something for everyone, Parents, Players, Board Members, Administrators, and Coaches. 

Friday Night begins with Registration & Exhibit Hall opening at 6:00 pm.  An International Clinician will give a special presentation at 7:00 pm, and the VYSA’s Welcome Reception starts at 8:00 p.m.  The VYSA Workshop Welcome Reception is open to everyone attending the Workshop.  It is a great place to meet those people whose names you have heard, but never met.  You may meet with those you have corresponded with or met many years before and have not seen recently. 

Start your Saturday morning off with a continental breakfast and registration at 8:00 am.  Exhibit Hall opens at 8:30 am and Workshop Sessions start at 9:00 a.m. 

A wide variety of workshop sessions begins at 9:00 am and continues throughout the day. Sessions include Coaching Lectures and Demonstrations, Referee Lectures, Administrative sessions that range in topics from Internal Controls for Your Organization and Sports Psychology, to Registration, and more. VYSA honors its special volunteers at the Awards Luncheon at 11:45 am on Saturday.  There are plenty of giveaways for everyone at the luncheon and throughout the day!
