Tournaments may now require use of a Housing Service.  The VYSA Board of Directors repealed the rule that prohibits a tournaments use of mandatory housing services as a condition of acceptance.  Any tournament mandating a housing service, must submit housing information with their tournament application to the VYSA State Office and it MUST  be included in the tournament rules.

Effective August 1, Tournaments should have information about nearest hospital or medial facility and the local phone numbers for both at each site.
