The only conflicts that will be taken into consideration are religious holidays and national observances. The Cup will do its best to play the schedule as published, however, inclement weather can interrupt any schedule. Please be aware that the Cup Competition will proceed each weekend (excluding holidays) until the Cup has finished in each age group. My team and I agree to abide by the rules and procedures prescribed for State Cup competition and understand the obligation to travel. We will not forfeit because of dissatisfaction with the Cup requirements and understand any such forfeit or any refusal may preclude acceptance in future competition. Furthermore, we understand that failure to compete as scheduled will result in forfeiture of the entry fee and an additional fine will be imposed.
