VYSA 2007-2008 KidSafe Risk Management On Line Application
As part of the 2006-2007 travel team registration, the VYSA Risk Management Application is now on line. Each team official must complete a Risk Management application every year. Board members, staff, and administrators of all Travel Leagues and any Clubs with Travel Teams must complete this application. Team Officials (Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers, and Team Aides) of Travel Teams that participate in the leagues listed below are required to complete the Risk Management Application. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a team official (Coach, Assistant Coach, Manager, Trainer, etc.) you will select "CLUB" as your Organization Type. "TRAVEL LEAGUE" is ONLY for board members of the travel leagues.

2007-2008 On-Line Club Application
Each club MUST complete the On-Line Club Application each year. Only one Club official should enter information for their club. The following information is required:
- The Official Club Name, Address, Phone Number, e-mail address and web site (if the club has a web site)
- Name of Club President or Chief Executive Officer
- Name of Registration Coordinator
- Name of Risk Management Coordinator
- League Representative
- Travel League Representative
- Name of Treasurer/Financial Officer
- Name of Primary Contact
All of those designated for the positions listed above MUST be registered in the Risk Management Database (see Risk Management On line Application link) before beginning the Club registration.
No travel teams may register on line before Club registration is complete. Travel team Officials MUST be registered in the Risk Management Database (see Risk Management On line Application link) before beginning the team registration for player passes and rosters.

2007-2008 Seasonal Year On-Line Travel Registration
The 2007-2008 Travel Team On-Line Registration Process is now available.
This program allows travel teams to register on line and print rosters and player passes. The registration is done by following the steps:
Step 1: All adults associated with the Travel Leagues, Recreational Clubs with Travel Teams must register on line through the On-Line Risk Management Application. This step must be completed every year.
Step 2: An individual Travel League official must register the Travel League through the On Line Travel League Registration.

2007-2008 Initial Travel Team Registration Information
The first step to this process is the Club Application. If your club does not appear in the pull down menu for clubs, your club has not completed the club application. Contact your Club Rep if your club fails to appear in the pull down menu.
Please note: All coaches, assistant coaches, team managers and other team aides must have completed the On-Line KidSafe Risk Management application before they can be included on the travel team roster.
If your team’s coach, assistant coach, team manager, or other team official does not appear in the pull down menu of adult registrants for your club, that individual may have incorrectly registered his/her team position. DO NOT HAVE THAT PERSON REGISTER AGAIN. Contact the VYSA State Office at 703-494-0030. The State Office will correct that individual’s record for you.
