As part of the travel team registration, the VYSA Risk Management Application is now on line.   Board members, staff, and administrators of all VYSA Member Organizations (Travel Leagues and Recreational and Travel Clubs) must complete this application.  Team Officials ( Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Managers, and Team Aides) of Travel Teams that participate in the following leagues:

Blue Ridge Classic League
National Capital Soccer League
Old Dominion Soccer League
Skyline Club Soccer League
Virginia Club Champions League
Virginia Soccer League Inc.
Washington Area Girls Soccer League

VERY IMPORTANT - If you are a team official (Coach, Asst. Coach, Manager, Trainer, etc.) you will select "CLUB" as your Organization Type. 

Travel League is ONLY for board members of the travel leagues. 

Recreational Team Officials DO NOT COMPLETE THIS FORM.
