I). Amateur league or higher (or 10 Professional Games) a. Game level to be counted for upgrade to next higher level Amateur League games in State Association, Amateur National Cup, Professional games, or Amateur International Exhibition games using the DSC* b. Time required in present grade Must have held State Class 1 for a minimum of 3 years and have been a USSF referee for atleast 6 years prior to application 12 consecutive months as a National Referee prior to application for IPC and must meet USSF basic requirements for selection to the International Panel (age and US citizenship required) 3.
