VYSA Kidsafe background checks are now done on-line. The Coaches Code of Contact, VYSA Condifentiality and Conflict of Interest forms still need to be completed and faxed into the State Office at 703-551-4114. Below are Forms that ODP requires of their Coaches & Players:
