The State Cup application deadline for U12, U13 and U14 boys and girls is this Friday, March 19, 2010 at 4:00 PM.

Your online application paid by credit card must be finished and a copy of your stamped State Cup Roster must be in the VYSA State Office by this deadline. The roster can be mailed or faxed to the VYSA State Office. Please don’t wait until the last minute on Friday. The VYSA State Office will be processing well over a hundred applications this week.

Please note: Applications are processed as quickly as possible once they arrive, but note, in the last few days many arrive at once so posting takes at least one half hour. Please check the list of completed applications on this page before contacting the State Office.   If your team does not show on this list, then one or more of the required items (Online application with payment, State Cup Stamped roster) is missing and must be sent to the State Office by the deadline.
