To All VYSA Clubs And Particularly To Rec Coaches

Virginia Youth Soccer Association's Technical Department has produced a high quality Coaching DVD aimed at rec coaches for teams at U12 and older. This DVD was available at the VYSA Convention for a substantially reduced rate of $5 per disk. We have extended this special price of for the next two weeks to all VYSA Clubs.

This DVD is ideal when used as continuing education both for coaches who have the E license and for those who have not yet taken it. The normal price is $12.95 per disk for orders of 1 through 5, $8.95 for orders of 6 through 25 and $7.95 per disk for orders of 26 and over. That is a savings of about $8 per disk for single orders and $3 per disk for the largest orders.

While the disk was available at the convention we want to make it more easily available at the low price to clubs and coaches that were far enough away from the convention to make attendance difficult. We believe that it will assist efforts to recruit, train and retain coaches of older rec players. This of course increases retention of older players.

This is the first of a series and we want VYSA coaches to be aware of not only its existence but of its high quality. This project is being substantially underwritten by VYSA as these prices, both special and regular, will not recover the cost of production. Our objective is simply to get this useful tool in the hands of coaches.
