Join Soccer Organization of Charlottesville-Albemarle staff of soccer professionals in a rewarding, full-time director position. SOCA is a regionally-preeminent, nationally-respected, competitive premier club offering year-round, multi-level, integrated programming for youth, U6-U18.
The ideal candidate will have: college education, minimum 8 years high-level (club, college, pro) coaching experience, USSF “A” or equivalent. Exceptional organizational, communication, leadership and teaching skills required. Must have commitment to integrated club developmental model and passion for teaching the game.
Duties include: Coaching staff management, Premier team coaching, Premier program coordination, coaching education, some camp/clinic instruction and program development.
