| VYSA to Host US Youth Soccer National Youth License This Summer |

 The Virginia Youth Soccer Association is hosting the US Youth Soccer National Youth License Course on June 19-21, 26-28, 2009, in Stafford, VA. The cost is $700.
The US Youth Soccer National Youth License Course is a six-day course that focuses on the nature of children. The curriculum covers ages 4-12, concentrating on one age group each day, and consists of both classroom and field sessions.

- One of the original authors of the National Youth License Course

- Coaching Education Instructor for Florida Youth Soccer Association

| VYSA to Host USSF "C" Course This Summer |

The Virginia Youth Soccer Association is hosting the USSF "C" License Course on August 6-9, 13-16, 2009, in Woodbridge, VA. The cost is $710.
The USSF "C" License is an eight-day course that provides a foundation in tactics, technique, and methods of coaching, along with issues in youth player development, which have been introduced in the "D" License course. Coaches wishing to attend the USSF "C" Course must have held a National "D" for at least 12 months.
