USSF Coaching Courses Offered by VYSA
The Virginia Youth Soccer Association offers three levels of USSF Coaching Education courses at the State Level: USSF "F" Cerfificate age specific modules for U6-U8, U8-U10, and U10-U12, USSF "E" Certificate, and USSF "D" License. To learn more about these courses and how to host a course with your club in your area, please read the attached information.

Being soccer savvy means a player has an innate understanding of what is going on around him/her on a soccer field and having the talent to impact the game. Being savvy comes into being for a player only if the soccer environment and culture in which the player is raised is a rich one.
 National Youth License
The National Youth License is a course specifically designed to educate coaches on instructing young players. Youth coaches have a tremendous influence on the development of a child’s life- long passion for the game, and the National Youth License was created with that in mind.

 VYSA - National Youth License Course
The National Youth License course will be held in Springfield in Northern Virginia on June 20-22 and June 27-29, 2008. Attendance for all six days is mandatory. The cost is $675. Please send your request for a registration form or for additional information to Jackie@vysa.com.

US Soccer National Coaching School (USSF "C", "B", "A" Licenses)
These US Soccer Federation Courses provide higher-level coaches of players ages 11-14 with a foundation in tactics, technique, methods of coaching, and issues in youth player development. These concepts are introduced in the "D" License course, and are expanded upon in the National "C", National "B", and National "A" License courses.
