VYSA holds a Workshop each year to share important information at every level of soccer and to recognize those special individuals working in soccer. This year’s theme is "Success is in the Details". The Workshop is a great opportunity for those involved in soccer to enhance their knowledge of their particular interest. This year’s workshop is scheduled for Friday, February 1st and Saturday, February 2nd, 2008, in Richmond at the Richmond Convention Center.
VYSA periodically sends three different E-Newsletters to its members:
- General Newsletters are sent to all members of VYSA
- Coaching Newslettes are sent to all Coaches in VYSA
- Member Newsletters are sent to all Officials of VYSA Member Clubs and Leagues
VYSA has planned some very exciting sessions for this years workshop. Plan to attend and learn all you can from our presenters! Session topics of particular interest to VYSA Clubs and Leagues include: On Line Registration, Contractor or Employee, VYSA insurance, US Youth Soccer: Present and Future, Goal Safety, Risk Management, Background Checks, Team Managers’ Workshop, Building and Maintaining a Soccer Complex, and many more.
