Clubs Asked to Update Board of Director Information

Each VYSA Member is asked to send the current name of their organization with:

  • the mailing address,
  • phone numbers,
  • web site, and
  • e-mail address

Clubs and leagues are asked to send the following information of all members of their Board of Directors, Staff, and other positions in their organization.

  • Name
  • Title
  • Address
  • Home Phone
  • Office Phone
  • Cell Phone
  • e-mail address
