VYSA player registration fees are due by October 1, 2007, for players registered by September 30, 2007 for the 2007-2008 seasonal year. Clubs and Leagues which have not paid their fees by the November meeting of the VYSA Board of Directors will be considered for being placed in bad standing at that meeting. Payments for players registered on or after October 1, 2007 are to be submitted monthly.
Player registration fees for the 2007-2008 seasonal year are as follows:
Recreational Players $7.50 for each player
Recreational Soccer Start Players $3.75 for each player
approval is required Travel Players $12.50 for each player
INSURANCE: As part of the player registration fees, VYSA automatically provides supplemental medical injury insurance for players and volunteers, general liability insurance, and director and officer liability insurance for our members. If a member has at least $1 million general liability insurance coverage with its own insurance carrier, VYSA will refund $1 per player to the member once TIMELY, satisfactory written proof of this liability coverage is provided to VYSA. If this proof is not provided, then there will be no refund, and all VYSA insurance will apply.
For members covered by VYSA insurance, VYSA insurance certificates will not be issued until the registration fees are received.
Cash is not accepted. Payment is to be made by one check for each submission, with the check drawn ON THE CLUB ACCOUNT and made payable to VYSA. Mail checks as follows:
